職位描述

Main Responsibilities: 主要職責
- Coordinate with clients 與客戶協(xié)調(diào)
- Coordinate with relative disciplines for input/output 協(xié)調(diào)輸入/輸出的相關(guān)條理
- Lead process calculation such as: stoichiometric calculations, hydraulic column calculations pump hydraulic, line size, water hammer, PSV release capacity and size for fire case and restriction orifice etc. with Aspen Plus (mandatory)
領(lǐng)導工藝計算，如：化學計量計算、液壓柱計算液壓泵、管路尺寸、水擊、PSV釋放能力和防火箱和限制孔尺寸等。會使用Aspen Plus
- Responsible for process deliverable documents quality control: P&ID, Equipment list, Pipeline list, Safety device list, tie-in list;
負責工藝：可交付文件質(zhì)量控制：PID、設(shè)備清單、管道清單、安全設(shè)備清單、附件清單
- Lead technic support of process equipment/package/special item (PSV, breath valve, flame arrestor etc.) procurement: datasheet & technic Spec, MRQ, TBE, MRP, technical clarifications with client & vendors & subcontractors, vendor drawing review and approval;
- 領(lǐng)導工藝技術(shù)在設(shè)備/包裝/特殊項目（PSV、呼吸閥、阻燃器等）。在采購：數(shù)據(jù)表、技術(shù)規(guī)范、MRQ、TBE、MRP、與客戶進行的技術(shù)澄清；供應(yīng)商、分包商、供應(yīng)商圖紙審查和批準；
- Responsible for authority approval meeting preparation, introduction and modification for Safety Device Volume, Occupational Disease Protection Volume; and General introduction volume and Cost Estimate.
負責編制安全裝置卷、職業(yè)病防護卷、介紹和修改；一般介紹卷和成本估算。
- Problem solution support for construction site
對施工現(xiàn)場的問題解決方案的支持
- Concept design for project, including ±10% Cost Estimate:
-項目概念設(shè)計，包括±10%成本估算
- Lead process concept design: process description, P&ID, process equipment list, pipeline list, safety device list, tie-in list, process datasheet and utility consumption, start-up procedures etc.
- 領(lǐng)導工藝流程概念設(shè)計：工藝描述、PID、設(shè)備清單、管道清單、安全設(shè)備清單、連接列表、數(shù)據(jù)表和公用事業(yè)消耗量、啟動程序等。
- Responsible for process quality and schedule control; 負責工藝質(zhì)量和進度控制
- Technical clarifications with vendors & subcontractors, cost estimate support
- 與供應(yīng)商進行的技術(shù)澄清，分包商，成本估算支持
- A revamping project, expansion or modification projects with ±10% Cost Estimation
對改造項目具有±10%成本估計、擴展或修改項目的能力
Requirements: 要求：
- Basic studies and professional experience recommended 基礎(chǔ)研究和專業(yè)經(jīng)驗
- Very good ability to communicate and a distinct ability to work in a team

- Process design experience in Engineering company recommended

- Experience in piping design (piping layout with PDSOFT, piping material study etc.)

- Project proposal, Feasibility Study Report (FSR)

- The process design experience mainly includes calculation for material and heat balance, equipment and pipes size;

- Development of PFD / PID / UID; 開發(fā)PFD/PID/UID
- Preparation of process specification, equipment list, pipeline list and datasheet, special piping fitting list;
編制工藝規(guī)范、設(shè)備清單、管道清單和數(shù)據(jù)表、專用管道配件清單；
- Pump hydraulic calculation, PSV & breathe valve calculation, flame arrestor and steam traps selection, stoichiometric calculations, hydraulic column calculations;
- 泵液壓計算、PSV、呼吸閥計算、阻燃器和蒸汽陷阱器選擇、化學計量計算、液壓柱計算；
- Procurement support with material requisition/specification (MRQ) /TBA/MRP;
- 對采購支持： 在材料要求/規(guī)格(MRQ)/TBA/MRP的理解；
- Vendor drawing review and approval; cost support, etc.

- Experience with HAZOP execution procedure
有HAZOP執(zhí)行程序的經(jīng)驗
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Codes & Standards 規(guī)范標準
o Knowledge of standards & codes regarding to process and piping design such as GB, HG, SH, ASME, API, NEC, DIN and so on
了解有關(guān)工藝和管道設(shè)計的標準和規(guī)范，如GB、HG、SH、ASME、API、NEC、DIN等
- Computer 計算機
o ProⅡ, Hysys, Aspen Flare System Analyzer or Aspen plus, HTRI, SPPID, MS office 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D Plant, PDSOFT, Aspen to calculate
- Languages 語言
English 英語良好
