職位描述

崗位職責(zé)：
1. Plant Construction

? During the construction of tank farm, jetty and loading/unloading station, assist in setting up an order delivery management system etc. with digital engineering team and supply chain colleagues
罐區(qū)，碼頭及裝卸車(chē)臺(tái)建設(shè)期間，與數(shù)字化工程團(tuán)隊(duì)和供應(yīng)鏈同事對(duì)接建立訂單下發(fā)管理體系

2. Plant commissioning

? Participate in jetty tool，smart filling，MES，SAP etc. commissioning
參與調(diào)試jetty tool，smart filling，MES，SAP等系統(tǒng)
? Intelligent logistics technology training for operators, such as jetty tool，smart filling，MES，SAP etc. operation
為操作人員培訓(xùn)智能物流技術(shù)，如： jetty tool，smart filling，MES，SAP等系統(tǒng)的操作
? Assist in setting up documentation system，such as inventory management，shipping/truck filling documentation etc.
協(xié)助建立文檔系統(tǒng)，如儲(chǔ)罐庫(kù)存盤(pán)點(diǎn)文檔 ,船舶/槽車(chē)裝卸臺(tái)賬等

3. Plant Operation

? Coordinate with BEX to ensure stable operation of jetty tool，smart filling，MES，SAP etc.
與數(shù)字化業(yè)務(wù)專(zhuān)員交流合作，共同確保jetty tool，smart filling，MES，SAP等系統(tǒng)的平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行
? Overall capacity control, order mgmt. (ship berthing plan, filling plan on CFS, feeding and receiving plan from/to upstream and downstream plant etc.).
整體產(chǎn)能控制，訂單管理。( 船舶靠泊計(jì)劃，CFS的灌裝計(jì)劃，與上下游進(jìn)行的進(jìn)料和接收計(jì)劃等 )
? Checking, correction and confirmation of automatically generated planning data and shipping documents.
對(duì)系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)生成的計(jì)劃數(shù)據(jù)和物料運(yùn)輸單據(jù)進(jìn)行核對(duì)、修正和確認(rèn)
? Short-term planning of e.g., jetties and CFS occupancy adjustment or employee deployment planning etc.
短期規(guī)劃，例如碼頭及CFS占用率調(diào)整或員工調(diào)配計(jì)劃等

4. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders
完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他任務(wù)

任職要求：
? Bachelor's degree in logistic management，automation，oil & gas storage and transportation engineering related
物流管理，自動(dòng)化，儲(chǔ)運(yùn)等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)士
? More than 3 years planner experience on jetty and tank farm.
3年以上罐區(qū)碼頭計(jì)劃員工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
? Strategic thinker, Strong analytical skills, high communication skills, strong leadership, intercultural, interpersonal skills
較好的分析、溝通和人際交往能力
? Communication: Basic communication capabilities for the interaction with external and internal interfaces like drivers, DCS operators and tank farm operators.
溝通交流：具備與內(nèi)、外部（如司機(jī)、內(nèi)操和罐區(qū)操作人員）溝通的基本能力
? IT software: Basic knowledge and affinity for the usage of IT systems
