職位描述

Job Responsibility:
1. Participate in ITB documents and contracts negotiation, follow up and clarification until the award of the project(s); organize the draft, review and risk assessment of contracts and check the final texts of contracts.
2. Conduct the whole process management of EPC contracts and its subcontracts.
3. Participate in the settlement of contract disputes and provide contractual support and services to project team.
4. Collection of clues of change/claim (including insurance claim) against the Client during execution of contract, prepare the related documents and conduct the negociation on the counterclaim from subcontractors or vendors.
5. Provide contract-related training and consulting services for team of CPECC.
6. Coordinate with and assist interanal or external legal team to handle various disputes to workout the mediation, arbitration or litigation scheme for the resolutions;
7. Carry out other works assigned by senior management.

Knowledgements Requirement:
1. Law, contract, economics, engineering and other related majors;
2. At least 3 years of experience of EPC contract management for Oil & Gas Engineering industry;
3. With experiences in working for and being familar with the contract management, specifications and procedures of Oil & Gas ; experiences with EPC Project or in EPC+F, BTO etc. contract management will be preferred;
4. Being familar with related regulations and rules about Oil & Gas engineering industry;
5. Compliance and legal affairs experience in oil & gas engineering industry (especially in Saudi Arabia) will be preferred;

Skills Requirement:
1. With strong concept of confidentiality and dedication; ability to work under great pressure.
2. Good contract management capabilities and communication skills, steady, meticulous, innovative and team-oriented.
3. Strong learning ability and sense of responsibility, self-motivated.
4. Comprehension of the contents and circuit of this post, master of professional knowledge of contract management.
5. Strong language expression ability, proficiency in office software.
6. Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English.
