職位描述

Responsibilities崗位職責(zé):
1, According to project requirements,
participate in meetings and communicate with Owner and RDI engineers; clarify
technical issues.

2, Resolve technical issues related to Storage
and Transportation discipline encountered during project execution as
discipline lead or discipline technical chief engineer.
可作為專業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人或?qū)徍巳?，帶領(lǐng)儲(chǔ)運(yùn)專業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)解決項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行過(guò)程中的油氣儲(chǔ)運(yùn)專業(yè)技術(shù)問(wèn)題。
3, Lead unexperienced engineers to complete
design & engineering as per American or GB standards & codes.
帶領(lǐng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)欠缺的初級(jí)工程師，按照美標(biāo)或國(guó)標(biāo)完成設(shè)計(jì)工作。
4, Participate in discussion and finalization
of technical proposals during quotation and execution stages of project.
參與確定投標(biāo)和執(zhí)行項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)方案。
Qualification任職要求:
1, more than10 years of experience in Storage
and Transportation in the chemical or oil refining industry. Fully familiar
with GB code or American standards & codes.
10年以上油氣儲(chǔ)運(yùn)或工藝專業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉俄羅斯規(guī)范，如果有俄羅斯項(xiàng)目業(yè)績(jī)且表現(xiàn)優(yōu)異，工作年限可放寬。
2, Has experience in design of oversea
projects such as tank areas, external pipenet, vehicle & train loading &
unloading stations, flares. Applicants with design experience in offshore
engineering projects (such as FLNG) will be given priority.
具有罐區(qū)，外管，汽車(chē)裝卸站，火炬等主項(xiàng)的外資項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。具有海工項(xiàng)目（諸如FLNG）等項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者，優(yōu)先。
3, At least 1~2 large-scale FEED or DED
execution experience for chemical and refining projects.
至少1~2個(gè)大型煉油&化工項(xiàng)目的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)&詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
4, Experience of support for procurement,
technical agreement negotiation and site service during construction stage.
具有采購(gòu)支持，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)計(jì)代表經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
5, Language requirement: Fluent in English listening,
speaking, reading and writing.
英語(yǔ)，聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)流利。
6, Work location: Shanghai (head office).
