職位描述

崗位職責(zé)：
? Monitoring of the highly automated material flow within warehouse operations.
監(jiān)控倉庫作業(yè)中的自動物料流。
? Execution of remaining manual tasks in multiple dispatch and storage areas (e.g. un-/loading of goods, re-conditioning of pallets, manual labelling for special requirements etc.).
在多個收發(fā)貨和存儲區(qū)域，執(zhí)行人工作業(yè)（如卸/裝貨，調(diào)整托盤，人工貼標簽等）。
? Carry out semi-automated tasks in combination with the concurrence of different automatization technologies.
結(jié)合不同程度的自動化技術(shù)，執(zhí)行半自動化任務(wù)。
? Necessary stop automatic equipment and stop related working in case of disruptions or unplanned incidents. Report to shift lead and maintenance team as soon.
在發(fā)生工作中斷或意外事件時，及時反饋情況給班組長以及維修部門，進行必要的安全停止操作并停止相關(guān)作業(yè)。
? Usage and controlling of mobile IT-systems for the support of work and process control (e.g. visualities technology like displays, ePapers and augmented reality for digital shop floor management).

? Support shift lead for communication and interaction with external interfaces like forwarders and internal interfaces like planners and other operators.

? Monitoring and manage the external truck safety operation, including ensure driver to follow the standard WI.
監(jiān)督并管理外部卡車的安全操作，包括外部卡車司機按照標準進行作業(yè)。
? Execution of Non-daily processes: return processing, inventory stock-taking, disposition of packaging materials, label ordering, disposal process, cancellation process.
執(zhí)行非日常工作：退貨處理、庫存盤點、包裝材料管理、標簽管理、報廢流程、撤銷任務(wù)。
? Active contribution to problem solving, incident handling, continuous improvement process and innovations.

? Have muti-skills to cover different positions, including warehouse operation and filling operation.
具備多技能，能勝任不同的工作崗位，包括倉庫操作以及包裝系統(tǒng)操作。
? Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders, no limit within current shift.
完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他任務(wù)，不局限于本班次內(nèi)作業(yè)。


任職要求：
? Minimum 2years’ work experiences as warehouse operator in comparable warehouses. Work experience at automatic warehouse in chemical industry is preferred.
具備2年及以上的倉庫操作工作經(jīng)驗。有化工行業(yè)自動倉庫工作經(jīng)驗者，優(yōu)先考慮。
? Forklift license required. Experience or wish of learning SAP, MES.
持有有效叉車操作證。具備SAP， MES經(jīng)驗，或者有學(xué)習(xí)SAP，MES的意愿。
? Reliable and independent: Assurance of EHS, quality, cost, and reliability in an automated environment as well as technical specifications and standards.
可靠獨立：在自動化環(huán)境下，保證現(xiàn)場物流操作符合EHS、質(zhì)量、成本和可靠性，以及技術(shù)規(guī)范和標準的要求。
? Problem solving: The employee requires excellent problem-solving capabilities in order to be able to take action timely in case of incidents and unplanned incidents.
問題解決：具備專業(yè)的問題解決能力，以便在發(fā)生事故和意外事件時能夠及時采取行動。
? Communication: Effectively communication capabilities for the interaction with external and internal interfaces like forwarders and planners.
