職位描述

崗位職責(zé)：
? Responsible for preparation activities before container cleaning including handover confirmation, residue drainage and pre-check for equipment and circumstance status, etc. .
負(fù)責(zé)罐箱清洗前的準(zhǔn)備工作包括但不限于交接確認(rèn)、殘液導(dǎo)出和清洗設(shè)備以及工作環(huán)境狀態(tài)的檢查
? Responsible for performing all container cleaning steps based defined cleaning program, e.g. HP water flushing, detergent cleaning, nitrogen displacement and drying, etc.
負(fù)責(zé)執(zhí)行罐箱清洗程序中的定義的所有清洗步驟，比如高壓水沖洗、清洗劑清洗、氮?dú)庵脫Q和干燥等
? Comprehensively inspect cleaned container interior and exterior cleanness as well as tightness test in line with required criteria.
按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對清洗后的罐箱進(jìn)行全面的內(nèi)外部清潔檢查和氣密性檢查
? Nitrogen blanket for cleaned and qualified containers if necessary.
按需對清潔后和檢查合格后的罐箱進(jìn)行充氮保護(hù)
? Maintain and replacement tank container accessories, e,g. gasket displacement .
維修和更換罐箱配件如墊片
? Coordinate with control room officer for downstream wastewater and off-gas treatment
配合中控室操作員進(jìn)行后端廢水廢氣處理
? Monitor and patrol for utility, firefighting facilities and cleaning auxiliaries to ensure stable and safe running
進(jìn)行公用工程, 消防設(shè)施和清洗輔助設(shè)備的巡檢，確保清洗站穩(wěn)定和安全運(yùn)營
? To make technical safety confirmation before maintenance or inspection and implement safety measure.
在維修或檢查前進(jìn)行技術(shù)安全確認(rèn)，并實(shí)施安全措施
? Engage in commissioning activities of equipment and container cleaning.
參與設(shè)備和罐箱清洗的調(diào)試工作
? Dispose and report any abnormal condition or incident on shift.
在過程中遇到問題的情況下進(jìn)行故障排除及異常處置，有異常情況及時(shí)匯報(bào)
? Identify problem and develop improvement initiatives to support operational performance improvement in terms of cost, service level and efficiency.

? Active contribution to EHS-objectives and adherence to all relevant agreements regarding Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.

任職要求：
? Minimum 2 years work experience related to container or tank truck cleaning/maintenance in chemical logistics company or container depot
在化工物流或者集裝箱堆場行業(yè)內(nèi)至少兩年槽罐車或者罐箱清洗、檢維修工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
? Excellent experienced 1st line operator who works with DG chemical truck loading and unloading operation and is willing to try for container cleaning operation
擁有豐富的?；凡酃捃囇b卸作業(yè)現(xiàn)場操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并愿意嘗試轉(zhuǎn)行罐箱清洗的優(yōu)秀化工從業(yè)者。

? Technologies in the field of work: general knowledge of container incl. box container and tank container, dangerous goods definition and category, typical chemical hazard and protective measures, practical work skills with chemical production like residue collection, hose connection, valve handling, etc.
