Key Responsibilities 主要職責
"1. Implement and optimize the IMS maitenance system, improve the effiency of maintenance in his or her scope
在其負責范圍內執(zhí)行和優(yōu)化IMS維修體系，提高維修效率"
"2. Be responsible for preventive maintenance of plant equipments daily and periodly according to the maintenance plan
根據(jù)維修計劃負責工廠設備的日常和定期預防性維護，保證其正常運行"
"3. Be responsible for emergency responsing and handling to the sudden breakdown of plant equipments
工廠設備突發(fā)故障的緊急響應及處理"
"4. Analyze the root cause of breakdown and prevent recurrence, improve the SOP and facilities
分析故障根本原因并預防再次發(fā)生，改善相關SOP和設施"
"5. Manage and maintain resource of maintenance including subcontractors, spare parts and comsumables
管理和維護分包商、備件及易耗品等維修資源"
"6. Be responsible for the corrective maintenance in his/her scope
負責工廠相關設備的糾正性維修"
"7. Patrol, collect, summarize and analyze the operation status i ndicators of equipment, and find out, report and solve the abnormal situation
巡回檢查，收集、 整理并分析設備的運行狀態(tài)參數(shù)和發(fā)現(xiàn)異常情況及時報告并處理"
"8. Implement regulatory i nvestigation for special equipment and gauge (measurement) equipment i n terms of country’s l aws and l ocal regulations
根據(jù)國家和當?shù)匾?，?zhí)行特種設備及計量檢驗設備的強制檢定工作"
"9. Strictly execute the CMMS procedure
嚴格執(zhí)行公司的計算機化維修管理體系"
"10. Assist spare part engineer or procurement specialist when necessary in procure process
　　根據(jù)需求在采購設備時協(xié)助備件工程師或采購專員"
"11. Responsible for other works arranged by supervisor related with maintenance.
　　負責其他維修相關事宜"

Key Competencies Required對應核心能力要求
1. 本科及以上學歷，化工機械相關專業(yè)（偏轉動類優(yōu)先）
2. 3年以上化工企業(yè)機械相關工作經(jīng)驗
3. 英文讀寫能力良好
4. 良好的溝通技巧
5. 執(zhí)行能力強，團隊意識良好
