職位描述

崗位職責(zé)：
BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Guangdong Verbund site project would be BASF's largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. The site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide, and will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards.

Main Tasks:
- Properly document and manage Request for Information (RFI)'s and all construction activities. Organize and support the preparation work of as-built documentations and provide comments if any. 妥善記錄和管理工程咨詢(xún)單（RFI）及所有施工活動(dòng)。組織和支持竣工文件的準(zhǔn)備工作，并在必要時(shí)提供意見(jiàn)。
- Responsible for cost/benefit optimization, innovation, and rationalization within the task responsibilities, as well as supply support on cost estimation during study phase in term of request. 負(fù)責(zé)成本/效益優(yōu)化，提出創(chuàng)新和合理化建議，根據(jù)需求在可研階段支持費(fèi)用估算。
- Create small project cost estimates for Projects and check & review change orders on the site, support PM on construction cost saving. 對(duì)小型項(xiàng)目估算成本，并在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查和審查變更訂單，支持項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理節(jié)約施工成本。
- support and communicate with LDI on site regarding daily construction activities, take the leadership of QA/QC management work and site material management work. 對(duì)于日常施工活動(dòng)及時(shí)與LDI溝通、提供必要支持，負(fù)責(zé)QA/QC及現(xiàn)材料管理工作。
- Organize and leading set-up of site temporary facilities. 組織及負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)臨時(shí)設(shè)施的建立。
- Supporting authority approval works which related to construction and final acceptance approval. 支持與施工、最終驗(yàn)收相關(guān)的政府審批工作。
- Detail construction schedule controlling based on project milestone schedule. 根據(jù)項(xiàng)目里程碑進(jìn)度計(jì)劃控制施工進(jìn)度。
- Prepare project construction specifications and procedures or Review and approval on the relevant specifications and procedures & plans which prepared by LDI or Contractor. 制定項(xiàng)目施工規(guī)范和程序，或?qū)DI或承包商制定的相關(guān)規(guī)范、程序和計(jì)劃進(jìn)行審查和批準(zhǔn)。
- Coordinate and communicate with LDI or construction contractors on the site. 與LDI或施工承包商在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào)和溝通。
- Lead the discipline construction team on site. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)專(zhuān)業(yè)施工小組。

- Cooperation and communicate with LDI on site regarding daily construction activities. 在現(xiàn)場(chǎng),與LDI進(jìn)行日常施工活動(dòng)的合作和溝通。
- Organize the preparation work of as-built documentations. 組織竣工文件的編制。

- Provide expertise and support to the ZVS site in terms of training the TSS and Plant personnel on capital project processes. 給生產(chǎn)基地工程與維修技術(shù)（TSS）及生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊(duì)提供項(xiàng)目實(shí)施程序的專(zhuān)業(yè)培訓(xùn)。
- Represent the owner interests in the project towards the EPs/Local Design Institute, Vendors, construction companies. Carry out technical and contractual supervision and guidance. 在與工程合作伙伴、當(dāng)?shù)卦O(shè)計(jì)院、供應(yīng)商及施工單位等執(zhí)行項(xiàng)目過(guò)程中充分代表業(yè)主利益。提供技術(shù)及合同監(jiān)督和指導(dǎo)。
- Support project EHS manager and participate in daily EHS management during construction phase. 支持項(xiàng)目EHS經(jīng)理，參與項(xiàng)目施工階段的日常EHS管理。
- Compliance with all EHS policies and procedures, as well as maintaining a Zero Incident mindset in the implementation of capital projects, while championing BASF's commitment to safety always. 遵守所有EHS政策和程序，秉承零事故思維，深刻理解并執(zhí)行巴斯夫安全高于一切的理念。

任職要求：
Requirements:
- Education教育背景：　　　　　　
- Bachelor's degree with major study in mechanical/piping engineering etc. 機(jī)械/管道類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科畢業(yè)
- Master's degree will be an advantage研究生學(xué)歷優(yōu)選
- Working Experience工作經(jīng)歷：
- At least more than 10 years Construction Supervision experience in chemical or petrochemical industry, the experience for petrochemical construction company is advantage. 在石油化工領(lǐng)域至少１０年以上施工管理經(jīng)歷,有石油化工建設(shè)企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
- Technical & Professional Knowledge技術(shù)及資質(zhì)要求：
- Prefer with registered Level 1 constructor (Mechanical and Electrical Major). 注冊(cè)一級(jí)建造師（機(jī)電專(zhuān)業(yè)）優(yōu)先。
- Proficient command of spoken and written Chinese and English is an advance 熟練掌握中英文者優(yōu)選
- Professional in understanding of local discipline codes & standards 精通國(guó)內(nèi)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范
- Good in relevant software/tools e.g., Excel, Power Point and CAD.精通相關(guān)軟件及工具，如Excel, Power Point 及 CAD等。
