職位描述

崗位職責(zé)：
BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Guangdong Verbund site project would be BASF's largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. The site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide, and will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards.

Main Tasks:
- Properly document and manage Request for Information (RFI)'s and all construction activities. Organize and support the preparation work of as-built documentations and provide comments if any. 妥善記錄和管理工程咨詢單（RFI）及所有施工活動。組織和支持竣工文件的準備工作，并在必要時提供意見。
- Responsible for cost/benefit optimization, innovation, and rationalization within the task responsibilities, as well as supply support on cost estimation during study phase in term of request. 負責(zé)成本/效益優(yōu)化，提出創(chuàng)新和合理化建議，根據(jù)需求在可研階段支持費用估算。
- Create small project cost estimates for Projects and check & review change orders on the site, support PM on construction cost saving. 對小型項目估算成本，并在現(xiàn)場檢查和審查變更訂單，支持項目經(jīng)理節(jié)約施工成本。
- support and communicate with LDI on site regarding daily construction activities, take the leadership of QA/QC management work and site material management work. 對于日常施工活動及時與LDI溝通、提供必要支持，負責(zé)QA/QC及現(xiàn)材料管理工作。
- Organize and leading set-up of site temporary facilities. 組織及負責(zé)現(xiàn)場臨時設(shè)施的建立。
- Supporting authority approval works which related to construction and final acceptance approval. 支持與施工、最終驗收相關(guān)的政府審批工作。
- Detail construction schedule controlling based on project milestone schedule. 根據(jù)項目里程碑進度計劃精確控制施工進度。
- Prepare project construction specifications and procedures or Review and approval on the relevant specifications and procedures & plans which prepared by LDI or Contractor. 制定項目施工規(guī)范和程序，或?qū)DI或承包商制定的相關(guān)規(guī)范、程序和計劃進行審查和批準。
- Coordinate and communicate with LDI or construction contractors on the site. 與LDI或施工承包商在現(xiàn)場進行協(xié)調(diào)和溝通。
- Lead the discipline construction team on site. 現(xiàn)場，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)專業(yè)施工小組。
- Participate in pre-commissioning work if necessary. 如需要，參與預(yù)試車。

- Compliance with all EHS policies and procedures, as well as maintaining a Zero Incident mindset in the implementation of capital projects, while championing BASF's commitment to safety always. 遵守所有EHS政策和程序，秉承零事故思維，深刻理解并執(zhí)行巴斯夫安全高于一切的理念。

任職要求：
Requirements:
- Education教育背景：　　　　　　
- Bachelor's degree with major study in Civil / Structural engineering 土建/結(jié)構(gòu)專業(yè)本科畢業(yè)
- Master's degree will be an advantage研究生學(xué)歷優(yōu)選
- Working Experience工作經(jīng)歷：
- At least more than 10 years Construction Supervision experience in chemical or petrochemical industry, the experience for petrochemical construction company is advantage. 在石油化工領(lǐng)域至少１０年以上施工管理經(jīng)歷,有石油化工建設(shè)企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
- Technical & Professional Knowledge技術(shù)及資質(zhì)要求：
- Prefer with registered Level 1 constructor (Civil Major). 注冊一級建造師（土建專業(yè)）優(yōu)先。
- Proficient command of spoken and written Chinese and English is an advance 熟練掌握中英文者優(yōu)選
- Professional in understanding of local discipline codes & standards 精通國內(nèi)相關(guān)專業(yè)的標(biāo)準規(guī)范
- Good in relevant software/tools e.g., Excel, Power Point and CAD.精通相關(guān)軟件及工具，如Excel, Power Point 及 CAD等
