Mechanical Commissioning Engineer
機(jī)械調(diào)試工程師

Main responsibilities主要工作職責(zé)
1.EHS
-Follow company EHS procedure
-遵守公司的安全程序
2.Assist Mechanical or Process Engineer for new equipment mechanical installation in Havana project
協(xié)助機(jī)械或工藝工程師在Havana項(xiàng)目中領(lǐng)導(dǎo)新設(shè)備的機(jī)械安裝
-Work with global and local team on new equipment mechanical installation
-和國(guó)內(nèi)外的團(tuán)隊(duì)一起配合完成機(jī)械設(shè)備的安裝
-Follow up and check the MEPI’s work Progress and quality, support the new equipment commissioning
-跟蹤和檢查機(jī)電安裝總包的工作進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量，支持新設(shè)備的調(diào)試
-Build up the know-how of new equipments for training and daily work
-建立新設(shè)備的知識(shí)體系用于培訓(xùn)和日常工作
-Work out preventive maintenance plan for the new equipments
-制定新設(shè)備的預(yù)防性維護(hù)計(jì)劃
-Prepare training document of the new equipments
-準(zhǔn)備新設(shè)備的培訓(xùn)文件
-Responsible for regular EHS equipment checking and maintenance
-負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備常規(guī)的安全檢查和維護(hù)
-Participate the future technical revamp

3.to build Maintenance plan relevant to mechanical02
協(xié)助機(jī)械工程師制定機(jī)械相關(guān)的體系文件系統(tǒng)
-Prepare the maintenance document management system
-準(zhǔn)備維護(hù)體系文件管理系統(tǒng)
-Responsible for preventative and predictive maintenance procedures to ensure optimal operational performance
-負(fù)責(zé)預(yù)防性和預(yù)測(cè)性的維護(hù)計(jì)劃，確認(rèn)最優(yōu)的運(yùn)營(yíng)性能
-Carry out tasks of preventative maintenance as defined by the preventative maintenance system
-執(zhí)行預(yù)防性維護(hù)計(jì)劃中定義的維護(hù)任務(wù)
-Facilitate document audit of the management system，include the special equipment management
-配合體系的文件審查，包括特種設(shè)備管理
4.Assist Mechanical Engineer to do MRO spare parts management and tool warehouse management.
協(xié)助機(jī)械工程師進(jìn)行備品備件的管理和工具庫(kù)的管理
-Build the mechanical spare parts master data

Required profile（職位要求）
1.College degree in mechanical Engineering related
大專(zhuān)以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械工程相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)
2.More than 5 years’ experience in mechanical installation and commissioning experience.
5年以上機(jī)械安裝和調(diào)試工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3.At least have 2 years’ maintenance experience in chemical or hydrometallurgical plant
至少2年以上化工或者冶金行業(yè)維護(hù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
4.Rich experiences in different device for reactor, filter press, vacuum dryer, pump and valve
對(duì)于不同的設(shè)備，如反應(yīng)器，壓濾機(jī)，真空干燥機(jī)，泵，閥門(mén)有豐富的安裝維護(hù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
5.Troubleshooting and problem solving skills in reactor, filter press, vacuum dryer, pump and valve
