職位描述

一、Job Responsibility 崗位職責(zé)
1.Assist in establishing and improving the HSE management system, organize or participate in the formulation of safety production regulations, operation procedures, and emergency response plans for production safety accidents in the Company.
協(xié)助建立健全HSE管理體系,組織或者參與擬訂公司安全生產(chǎn)規(guī)章制度、操作規(guī)程和生產(chǎn)安全事故應(yīng)急救援預(yù)案。
2.Participate in improving the company's safety culture construction, inspect the safety production status of the company, timely identify potential safety hazards in production, and propose suggestions for improving safety production management.
參與改善公司的安全文化建設(shè),檢查公司的安全生產(chǎn)狀況，及時(shí)排查生產(chǎn)安全事故隱患，提出改進(jìn)安全生產(chǎn)管理的建議。
3.Responsible for emergency and fire management, organizing or participating in emergency rescue drills of the company; responsible for managing the security team; check the emergency and fire safety status of the Company.
負(fù)責(zé)應(yīng)急和消防管理, 組織或者參與公司應(yīng)急救援演練；負(fù)責(zé)管理保安隊(duì)伍；檢查公司的應(yīng)急，消防狀況。
4.Organize and implement HSE improvement activities. Organize the identification and assessment of hazards and supervise the implementation of safety management measures for major hazards in the Company; organize or participate in the company's safety production education and training, and truthfully record the situation of safety production education and training.
組織實(shí)施HSE改善的活動。組織開展危險(xiǎn)源辨識和評估，督促落實(shí)公司重大危險(xiǎn)源的安全管理措施；組織或參與公司安全生產(chǎn)教育和培訓(xùn)，如實(shí)記錄安全生產(chǎn)教育和培訓(xùn)情況。
5.Conduct other work or task assigned by the Company.
執(zhí)行公司交辦的其他工作或任務(wù)。
二、Education 教育背景
1. College degree or above, major in chemical.
大?；蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷，化工相關(guān)專業(yè)。
三、Experience 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
1 Working experience in petrochemical or chemical industry area on HSE management position experience for 3 years.
3年以上石化或化工行業(yè)HSE管理崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2 Over 5 years Chemical operation experience is preferred.
5 年以上化工操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
四、Qualification & Skill 能力素質(zhì)及技能
1.Registered Safety Engineer .
注冊安全工程師。
2.Good communication skills.
良好的溝通能力。
3. Familiar with office software, office automation equipment.
熟悉辦公軟件、辦公自動化設(shè)備。
