職位描述

崗位職責(zé)：
BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the digital technologies and applying the high safety standards.

What you can expect

? To be responsible for daily maintenance and overhaul of rotating equipment in BASF Zhanjiang site.
負(fù)責(zé)巴斯夫湛江基地轉(zhuǎn)動設(shè)備的日常維護及檢修工作；
? Cooperate with relevant discipline technicians to ensure the reliability and stability of rotating equipment in Zhanjiang site.
與相關(guān)專業(yè)技術(shù)人員合作確保巴斯夫湛江基地轉(zhuǎn)動設(shè)備的可靠性和穩(wěn)定性；
? Coach new employees, cooperate with manager to improve team service skills.
培訓(xùn)新員工，并配合經(jīng)理提高團隊的服務(wù)能力。

任職要求：
What We expect

? Technical school degree or above with major in mechanical & related discipline.
機械相關(guān)專業(yè); 技校及以上學(xué)歷;
? Above 8 years’ experience in the chemical plant and at least 5 years working in chemical plant rotating maintenance.
8年以上化工企業(yè)工作經(jīng)歷，5年及以上化工裝置轉(zhuǎn)動設(shè)備維修經(jīng)驗;
? Have experience in routine maintenance and turnaround maintenance. Familiar with maintenance work process & rotating equipment sequence in chemical plant.
具有常規(guī)檢修和大檢修經(jīng)驗，熟悉化工裝置維修流程及轉(zhuǎn)動設(shè)備維修步序;
? Familiar with SAP system.
熟悉SAP系統(tǒng);
? Familiar with the performance, structure and principle of rotating equipment in petrochemical plant.
熟悉石化轉(zhuǎn)動設(shè)備的性能、結(jié)構(gòu)及原理;
? Have good communication and collaboration skills.
具有良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力。
