作為采購部的職能崗位保證佛山PS工廠，寧波PS工廠，上海辦公室及廣州辦公室生產需求及其他部門所需的恰當的材料及服務按時交付，同時執(zhí)行材料庫存控制以滿足成本與預算控制目標，確保所有采購流程符合集團政策和指導準則

? Ensuring the utilities contract(s) are renewed on time. Processing monthly POs based on finance requirements accordingly.確保公用工程合同及時更新，根據財務要求處理月度訂單
? Spare parts, equipment and maintenance services requested by Maintenance Dept.
維修部門請購的備品備件，設備及維修服務
? Personal protection equipment demand from SHE Dept.
SHE部門請購的
? Safety monitoring and detection services from SHE Dept.
SHE部門請購的安全監(jiān)測及檢測服務
? Chemical reagent, equipment for Lab testing
實驗室化學試劑，試驗設備
? Stationary and consumable materials supply.
辦公用品及其他易耗品

? Participate as a key member of the Project team starting from the initial stage.
? Provide equipment, service and even vendor message for Project development

? Set up the communication channels between vendor(s) and the Project team

? Conduct bidding for materials, equipment and services as required by the Project

? Finalize price and contract negotiations
與供應商進行價格及合同的談判
? Follow up on the delivery of Purchase order(s) & contract(s)
采購訂單及合同交付的跟蹤
? Coordinate the goods receipt and unloading of materials, and or equipment
協(xié)調收貨及材料，設備的卸貨
? Support the finance team on supplier payments, as per the contract payment terms and Project progress.
支持財務并確認合同付款符合項目進展及合同條款

? Manage supplier qualification(s) and supplier master data creation and changes in Coupa and SAP.

? Foster & maintain good relationships with key suppliers.

? Conduct annual supplier performance evaluations and any required follow up activities.

? Support procurement data analysis and produce corresponding report(s) for the company’s decision-making

Level of education & Knowledge
教育及知識水平
? University graduate in a business major, trading or mechanical, chemical background preferred
大學學歷，商科,貿易或者機械相關專業(yè)，化工背景優(yōu)先
? At least 5 years of procurement experience
至少5年采購工作經驗
? Experience in indirect procurement is a must
必要的間接采購經驗
? Min. 5-8 years of working experience in procurement in China, with a minimum of 3 years in a multinational organization
最少5-8年在中國采購工作經驗及至少3年在跨國公司工作
? Experience in working with cross functional teams preferred
有跨職能部門合作經驗
? Excellent knowledge of the procurement tools and good knowledge of procurement process is preferred

? Proven experience in indirect categories, preferably in MRO and / or Capex categories
具有間接物料品類采購經驗，尤其是MRO及項目資本支出
? Experience in Project management preferred

? SAP experience in MM modules

? Excellent command of written and oral English
